We are seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team at a refined Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Italian cuisine, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency, quality, and presentation.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute Italian dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain consistency in flavor, portion size, and plating
Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary supplies
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Assist with prep work, sauces, pasta, and daily specials as needed
Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff during service

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of line cook experience, preferably in Italian cuisine
Strong knowledge of pasta, sauces, proteins, and basic Italian cooking techniques




Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
