We are seeking a passionate and dedicated FSL (French as a Second Language) Instructor to inspire learners in acquiring and enhancing their French language skills. Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive FSL lessons tailored to various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards and learner needs.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and special education requirements.
Utilize effective communication skills to motivate students, provide constructive feedback, and encourage active participation.
Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to deepen students’ understanding of francophone countries and communities.




Track student progress through regular assessments and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence, curiosity, and a love for language learning.

Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and French with solid oral and written communication skills.
Prior teaching experience, preferably in language instruction or classroom settings.
Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans and adapt content for diverse learners.
Experience working with students requiring special education accommodations is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students, colleagues, and community members effectively.
Knowledge of best practices in language teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
Passion for fostering cultural awareness and supporting student success in language acquisition.
