At Sunflower Cleaning Ltd., we know experienced cleaners are the backbone of outstanding service. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Lead Cleaner / Team Lead to help lead our residential cleaning teams, maintain high standards, and support newer team members.

What You’ll Do
· Lead residential cleaning teams on-site and set the standard for quality
· Clean alongside your team and lead by example
· Train, coach, and support recent team members
· Complete quality checks to ensure homes are cleaned to company standards
· Communicate professionally with clients and respond to questions or concerns
· Assist with scheduling, reporting, and daily team coordination
· Serve as a key link between field staff and management

What We’re Looking For
· 1+ year of residential cleaning experience
· Robust cleaning skills and attention to detail
· Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
· Reliable, professional, and organized
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and strong team mindset
· Interest in growing into a larger leadership or operations role

Requirements
· Valid driver’s licence




· Reliable personal vehicle
· Current vehicle insurance
