Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator or Jr. Estimator to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical estimating ,with the ability to analyze project specifications and prepare accurate cost estimates. This role is crucial in helping us build successful projects while ensuring that we remain competitive in pricing and quality.

Duties
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best value for the company.
Prepare and present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure adherence to budgets.
Maintain organized records of all estimates, revisions, and related documents.

Requirements




Minimum 10 years experience in electrical estimating or 15 years experience as a 309A electrician
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.

Pay: $1.00-$97,463.03 per year
