We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in pharmacy operations, patient care, and medical terminology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support pharmacists in delivering high-quality healthcare services while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Duties
Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare prescription labels, medication packaging, and inventory management tasks with precision.
Provide excellent patient care by answering queries, offering medication guidance, and supporting medication administration procedures.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medication stock levels, and patient information in compliance with regulatory standards.




Support the pharmacy team with administrative duties such as billing, inventory control, and documentation.
Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient service delivery.

Requirements
Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with pharmacy operations.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration processes.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients and healthcare providers.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Basic proficiency in pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools.
A high school diploma or equivalent; formal certification as a pharmacy technician is advantageous but not mandatory.
