Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive repair and possess mechanical knowledge and sales experience in a service advisor role

Duties:
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
Provide service recommendations and explain repairs in a clear, honest, and confident manner
Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for work
Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
Monitor repair progress and provide updates to customers
Handle customer concerns or complaints in a calm and qualified manner
Close repair orders and ensure accurate billing
Maintain organized service files and documentation
Support shop efficiency and daily workflow

Experience:




Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of mechanic tools and equipment would be an asset
Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
Experience in sales or dealership environment is a plus
