Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging setting for my son in own homes. This role involves providing attentive caregiving, meal preparation, light cleaning, and educational support to promote the well-being and development of children. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, experience in caregiving, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each family.

Duties
Provide attentive supervision and care for children in their home environment, ensuring safety at all times
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching moments to support their growth and development
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime routines




Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns

Requirements
Ability to perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized workplace
Demonstrated caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
Knowledge of teaching methods suitable for early childhood development
Valid background check and references confirming reliability and trustworthiness

Pay: $815.00-$1,233.51 per week
