HIRING NOW – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or manufacturing to lead daily production operations and a skilled production team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily millwork production and production employees
Coordinate workflow, staffing, and production schedules
Monitor productivity, quality, and production standards
Support CNC equipment and production machinery
Train and coach production employees
Ensure workplace health & safety procedures are followed
Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with accident/near-miss reporting and return-to-work programs
Participate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee

Qualifications
5+ years of architectural millwork production experience
2+ years of production supervisor, production lead, or team lead experience
CNC experience




Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness Training
Solid understanding of production workflow, quality control, and workplace safety
Experience leading employees in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
