Job Summary

Autorama is looking for motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representatives to join our sales team.

We serve a diverse customer base throughout Toronto and the GTA and are looking to expand our team with sales professionals who can communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.

Additional Language Skills

In addition to English, the ability to communicate professionally in one or more of the following languages is a solid asset:
Tagalog
Turkish
Arabic
Spanish
Somali
Vietnamese

Additional languages are also considered an asset. Candidates of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with selecting and purchasing vehicles
Respond to incoming internet, phone and showroom inquiries
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with prospective customers and existing leads
Build relationships and develop repeat and referral business
Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying process
Work closely with the finance and management teams to provide a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and skilled attitude
Motivated, energetic and sales-driven
Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email and social media
Ability to build relationships and develop a customer network
Automotive sales experience is an asset
Valid Ontario driver's licence
OMVIC registration or eligibility to become registered
