Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and perks
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions clearly and confidently
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage cash handling procedures
Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals
Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during shifts

Skills




Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory counts
Excellent organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and retail operations is advantageous
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
