Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the operations on our pressure grouting or patching crews. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work well in a team setting, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Perform physical labor tasks including coring boreholes, shoveling sand and lifting cement bags
Ability to learn quickly and follow directions
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Operating company vehicles in a safe manor
Maintain a clean and organized work area




Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a protected working setting
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in Canada
A valid non GDL class 5 driver’s license
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend/Special Events as needed
