Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer/Shingler to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems with energy, precision, and safety in mind. Responsibilities
Install current roofing systems using hand tools, shingling techniques, and construction materials
Repair or replace damaged shingles, tiles, or other roofing components with attention to detail
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
Use caulking tools to seal joints and prevent leaks effectively
Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials safely and efficiently during projects
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times
and any other work to support the above activities as instructed by the management
Experience
Prior construction experience, especially in roofing or carpentry, is highly preferred
Familiarity with hand tools used in roofing and general handyman tasks
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical instructions
Experience with caulking and sealing techniques on roofing surfaces
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
Knowledge of safety procedures related to roofing work is a plus

Pay: $22.54-$39.01 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
