Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care through thorough cleanings, patient education, and maintaining a comfortable setting. This role requires a skilled with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for promoting oral health. Bilingual skills and experience with patients are highly valued to ensure comprehensive care for our diverse patient community.

Responsibilities
Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning teeth and removing plaque and tartar
Take radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist in identifying dental issues and communicating findings to the dentist
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental management software
Prepare treatment rooms for procedures, ensuring sterilization and infection control protocols are followed




Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up care instructions for patients

Experience
Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome
Proficiency with Dentrix or other dental management software is highly desirable
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patients

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
