You should have:
Passed RN NCLEX
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably a secondary or tertiary facility
Must be actively working full time in direct patient care
English proficiency
A desire to build a long‑term career in the U.S.
