As a Protective Services Security Guard, your main responsibility is the welfare of hospital members by maintaining a visible presence and ensuring safety within the facilities. You will respond to emergencies and collaborate with healthcare staff for improved service delivery. This role requires excellent decision-making skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively while providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to emergency codes and medical incidents
• Conduct proactive patrols within hospital premises




• Liaise with staff to enhance service delivery
• Secure evidence and monitor facility systems

Requirements:
• Diploma in Law & Security or related field
• Ontario Security License certification
• 2 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Valid G class driver's license
• Current First-aid/CPR certification
