TalkInc is a dynamic private practice offering speech and language services for children across Ontario. We are currently seeking a registered Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as an independent contractor, providing in-person assessment while supervising CDA/SLPA caseload virtually.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TalkInc, you will:
Provide in-person assessments, virtual consultations, and supervision of support personnel for a variety of communication disorders
Design personalized treatment plans using SMART goals and best practice guidelines
Offer client-centered care, track progress,
and adjust treatment as needed
Supervise CDAs (with supplemental pay) and support their skilled growth
Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with CASLPO regulations
What We're Looking For:
A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CASLPO registration in good standing
Skilled Liability Insurance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
