Part time Property Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to help maintain the exterior of a commercial building.

Duties include:
Pulling weeds and maintaining landscaped areas
Picking up garbage and debris around the property
Sweeping sidewalks and parking areas
Assisting with minor building maintenance and odd jobs
Reporting any maintenance issues to management

Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform manual labour
Previous yard maintenance experience is an asset but not required

Hours:
Part time
Versatile schedule, weekdays preferred

Location:
Slave Lake, Alberta

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
