Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Supervisor, to oversee daily restaurant operations. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure smooth service, uphold food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Assist with interviewing, training, and onboarding current staff to build a cohesive team.
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.




Manage POS systems such as Micros to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Support restaurant management in inventory control, order placement, and stock rotation.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Prior supervising or team management experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Experience with restaurant POS systems like Micros or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
Background in restaurant management or hotel experience is preferred.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, training, and problem-solving.
