Duties
Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
Assist customers with upselling opportunities by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and qualified communication skills during all interactions
Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer experience




Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and seamless service delivery

Skills
Solid data entry capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with active listening abilities
Proven analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify improvement opportunities
Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize customer value
Exceptional customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Knowledge of phone etiquette standards for professional and courteous interactions
