We have an exciting chance for a Service advisor at Olympic Marine and Recreation Airdrie.

This position will mainly be comprised of interaction with shop staff, retail customers and vendors, so excellent people skills are a must. You will work with and support our Service team to ensure that filled work orders are accurate, processed efficiently and properly. Having a strong understanding of PBS will be considered an asset. A mechanical background or automotive technical knowledge will be very beneficial in this position.

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous marine Service Advisor experience is preferred
Previous marine dealer background is an asset
The ability to work in a busy environment




Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft office programs
The ability to be customer focused and to make sure that all customer needs are fulfilled
