We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer/Framer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting prospect to contribute to building projects through hands-on work, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety at every stage. As a key team member, you will be involved in framing, material handling, and assisting with various construction tasks that bring building visions to life. Your energy and attention to detail will help drive project success while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute framing and other tasks
Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and related restoration work to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing components with precision
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
Perform heavy lifting and material movement to support team productivity in office
Support carpentry tasks including framing, woodwork assembly,



and structural modifications
Follow safety protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment

Qualifications
Prior construction experience or related hands-on work in building environments is highly preferred
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Knowledge of concrete forming, drywall installation, siding, and woodworking techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation is a plus
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
Basic understanding of construction safety standards and practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning recent skills

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
