Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients efficiently to meet demand during busy hours




Monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote responsible drinking practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality

Skills
Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Solid knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak times
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, measuring ingredients, and making change
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
