Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
Upsell menu items to maximize sales prospects.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Handle cash transactions accurately and manage payments through the POS system.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.




Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, or similar systems is a plus.
Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour
