We are a busy print & design shop looking for an energetic, confident and creative team member who is outstanding with customers and social media.

Key Responsibilities
Answer Instagram DMs, inquiries and customer messages
Speak confidently with customers and understand their printing/design needs
Convert inquiries into sales
Recommend products and upsell additional printing, signage and design services
Follow up with potential and existing customers
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and online
Help manage Instagram content, posts, stories and customer engagement
Coordinate customer orders with the design and production team
Keep track of inquiries, quotes and customer follow-ups

What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication & speaking skills
Confident, friendly and qualified personality
Strong sales and convincing skills
Comfortable communicating with customers through Instagram, phone and in person
Fast learner who can handle a busy work environment




Organized and good at multitasking
Social media/Instagram experience preferred
Graphic design skills are a BONUS
Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an asset
Print shop, signage, wedding/event industry or customer service experience is a plus

We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, proactive and confident — someone who doesn't just answer inquiries, but knows how to turn them into orders and increase sales through upselling.
