Sign Fabricator / Welder

Jones Signs is a busy, established sign company looking for a hardworking, energetic, and reliable Sign Fabricator / Welder to join our team!

About the Role

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on fabrication, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production workplace. This position will involve fabricating a variety of custom signage and structures from aluminum and steel.

What We're Looking For
Experience with aluminum and steel welding
Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow drawings, measurements, and fabrication details
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment

Experience

Previous sign fabrication or sign industry experience is considered an asset.
