Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest experiences a spotless and welcoming environment. Your dedication to hospitality and attention to detail will contribute directly to our guests’ satisfaction and our hotel’s reputation.

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens as needed to enhance guest comfort




Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a protected working environment
Assist with laundry duties and other custodial tasks as assigned
Report to Housekeeping supervisor and manager

Qualifications
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and safety procedures
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced workplace
Hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
