Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our agile team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of our properties’ facilities and equipment. Your leadership skills will help coordinate maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety standards, contributing to a seamless living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC , electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment.
Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Conduct welding, electrical work,



and other facilities maintenance tasks as needed
Supervise junior technicians or maintenance staff during daily operations
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or property management teams

Requirements
Gas Technician 1 license (G1)
Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or manufacturing setting
Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems
Mechanical knowledge related to building equipment and machinery
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software is highly desirable
Ideally experienced in welding and general facilities repair techniques
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively with team members and residents

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44.0 per week
