Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LCT/TCP (Lane Closure Truck / Traffic Control Person) to join our construction team. This role involves operating heavy equipment, assisting with paving projects, and supporting various construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic, safety awareness, and experience in construction-related tasks. Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support paving and construction operations
Assist with site preparation, including setting up traffic control measures to ensure safety for workers and the public
Support paving activities by spreading materials, leveling surfaces, and ensuring quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications




Follow all safety regulations and company policies during daily operations

Requirements
Prior experience in heavy equipment operation, paving, or general construction is preferred
Knowledge of traffic control procedures and safety standards is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials or equipment as needed
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory depending on project needs
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
