Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to ensure timely service
Support cooking activities by following recipes and safety guidelines under supervision
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
Serve meals efficiently to customers or staff, ensuring presentation and quality are maintained
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold health regulations
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-organized and prepared for service




Follow all food safety protocols and assist in inventory management to minimize waste

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic meal preparation techniques
Ability to serve customers with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with cooking processes, food industry practices, and kitchen safety procedures
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
