Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring dishes meet quality standards before delivery




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely order fulfillment and address guest requests promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with a strong understanding of the food industry
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key

Pay: $16.60-$18.00 per hour
