The Golf Operations Assistant supports the daily operations of The Dunes Golf & Winter Club and plays a key role in delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. This role assists with pro-shop operations, tee-sheet management, tournaments, leagues, customer service, and ensures the golf experience runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Golf & Pro Shop Operations

· Assist with daily opening/closing procedures of the pro shop.

· Manage tee sheet, bookings, cancellations, and payments.

· Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.

· Support merchandising (stocking, displays, inventory counts).

· Operate POS system; reconcile cash and end-of-day reports.

Events & Leagues Support

· Assist in preparing scorecards, signage, prizing.

· Help set up and execute corporate tournaments and club events.

· Provide customer support during events.

General Responsibilities

· Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service.

· Support Golf Professionals with administrative tasks as needed.





· Uphold club policies, safety expectations, and service standards.

Qualifications

· Customer-service or hospitality experience required.

. Class A Golf Professional is an asset

· Previous golf course experience is an asset.

· Knowledge of golf rules is an asset but not mandatory.

· Solid communication and ability to multitask.

· Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
