Job Description:

We’re hiring! G.A.M.E.S. is seeking a passionate and experienced retail associate to join our team. If you love trading card games, anime, and video games, and have a knack for customer service, this could be the perfect chance for you.

Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Trading Card Games such as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Digimon, and a general knowledge of Anime.
Knowledge of video games is considered an asset.
Prior experience in customer service.
Cashier experience is a plus.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Availability to work weekends.
Robust listening skills, the ability to follow directions, and work efficiently.
Self-motivated with excellent dedication and integrity.
Must be 18+ (required for selling M-rated titles and processing trades).

Job Duties:




Provide top-tier customer service and act as a knowledgeable sales representative.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization throughout the establishment.
Manage merchandise, stock levels, and ensure proper product care, pricing, and organization.
Adhere to and execute store policies with integrity.
Engage with customers through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, sales groups, email).
Organize data entry tasks, including filing invoices and documents.
