Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, possess solid multitasking skills, and be knowledgeable in food and beverage service. This role offers an exciting chance to engage with guests, craft quality drinks, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, food safety practices, and cash handling skills to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
Use POS systems like Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management




Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change
Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, especially serving or bartending roles
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately under pressure
Familiarity with the food industry, hospitality standards, and serving techniques
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
