Duties
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Seat guests and manage reservations
Provide menus and explain specials
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in a hotel, food service, or restaurant setting is a plus
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Job Type: Part-time
