Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Support the team in serving guests efficiently by coordinating meal preparation and delivery
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet quality standards and optimize workflow during busy hours
Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a rapid-paced setting
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Basic understanding of serving protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Pay: $16.35-$24.62 per hour
