Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks in office, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of projects. This role offers an excellent prospect to develop hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, and general labor work within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials
Use hand tools to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials
Support carpentry work, including framing, trimming, and basic structural tasks
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Apply caulking and sealing techniques as required for construction projects
Read and interpret blueprints to assist in project execution
Conduct general handyman tasks as needed to support project completion




Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment

Experience
Prior experience with hand tools, construction sites, or carpentry is highly desirable
Knowledge of blueprint reading and basic construction principles is a plus
Handyman experience or familiarity with caulking and other finishing techniques is beneficial
Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
Experience working with construction materials and adhering to safety standards is preferred
