Columbus Meat Market is looking for a reliable and experienced Meat Cutter / Meat Server to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a busy Italian butcher shop. The role involves cutting, trimming, portioning, weighing, packaging, and serving a variety of fresh meat products while providing friendly and efficient service to our customers.

Responsibilities
Cut, trim, portion, and prepare various meat products according to company standards
Serve customers at the meat counter and provide friendly and knowledgeable service
Weigh, price, package, and label products accurately
Prepare custom cuts and customer orders
Maintain proper product presentation and organization in the meat counter
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Clean and sanitize knives, equipment, tools, counters, and work surfaces
Work efficiently to meet daily production and customer service requirements
Assist the butcher shop team with other duties as required

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in a butcher shop, meat cutting, meat processing, food production, kitchen, or similar environment is preferred.

Saturday availability is required.
