Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled South Indian Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of traditional South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and other regional specialties with authenticity and consistency
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
Manage food handling procedures to maintain hygiene and safety regulations in compliance with health standards
Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance on cooking techniques and food safety practices
Coordinate with the restaurant management team to ensure timely service and quality control
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, monitor stock freshness,



and communicate supply needs effectively
Lead food service operations during busy hours while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through quality food delivery

Experience
Proven experience in South Indian cuisine preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting
Supervising experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is highly desirable
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently
Knowledge of restaurant management principles and hospitality standards
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
Previous restaurant experience showcasing proficiency in serving diverse customer needs
