Responsibilities
Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment with precision and safety in mind
Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
Perform wheel balancing, alignment checks, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and answering questions to enhance their experience
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
Lift heavy tires safely during installation or removal to prevent injury and ensure effective workflow




Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience preferred; solid mechanical knowledge is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment required
Ability to lift heavy tires repeatedly while maintaining proper safety procedures
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of automotive maintenance practices, including tire rotation, balancing, and basic repairs
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards
