Responsibilities
Restock shelves efficiently by receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and organizing products according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms, sales floors, and work areas to promote safety and efficiency
Assist with merchandising efforts by setting up displays that attract customer attention and highlight promotional items
Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely when required for heavy lifting or moving large inventory items
Support cashiering activities by preparing merchandise for checkout and assisting customers with questions about stock availability




Ensure accurate inventory counts through regular stock audits and report discrepancies promptly
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer service by providing product knowledge and assistance when needed

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or stockroom operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members
Familiarity with forklift operation or certification is a plus, demonstrating your ability to handle heavy inventory safely
Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and assisting customers in a bilingual environment if applicable
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift
