We are Northern Bars, and we produce Premium Nanaimo Bars that are great for gifts! We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Duties
Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
Skills
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Fluent English is a 100% must
Ability to upsell products and drive sales
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently




Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs (French is an advantage)
Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous
Experience in cashiering and handling transactions accurately
Proficiency in conducting product demos to showcase features
Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service
