We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer / Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, replace, and commission residential HVAC systems, including:
Furnaces
Ductless systems
Air conditioners
Heat pumps
Tankless water heaters
Air Handler
Perform system testing, start-ups, and troubleshooting
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and job specifications
Ensure all work complies with TSSA and ESA standards and regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work setting
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Accurately complete job reports and required documentation





Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/Technician (residential)
TSSA G2 gas license
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Familiarity with TSSA and ESA codes
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
