Overview
Transparent Guard installs high-strength security window film and door reinforcement systems designed to delay break-ins and improve building safety. Our systems protect homes, retail stores, and commercial buildings across the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for detail-oriented installers who take pride in clean, professional work.

Job Responsibilities
Install security window film on residential and commercial glass
Measure and cut film precisely for each window
Prepare glass surfaces and ensure proper adhesion
Use professional installation tools (squeegees, cutting tools, sprayers)
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
Assist with installation of door reinforcement systems
Photograph completed installations
Follow company installation standards and procedures
Load and transport materials and equipment

Requirements
Valid driver's license & vehicle




Ability to work on ladders
Comfortable working inside customer homes and businesses
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Professional appearance and communication

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following trades is highly valued:
Window tint installation
Automotive tint or PPF installation
Glass installation or glazing
Vinyl wrap or graphic installation
Window and door installation
Finish carpentry
Security system installation

Job Types: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
