Vedder Transport, a TFI International Company, is experiencing rapid growth and an chance has become available for a Customer Service Representative – Dairy Division

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities & Competencies:
Responsible for the development and planning of all food grade routes.
Create, adjust, and manage all driver schedules within dairy divisions.
Analyze planning routes based on customer orders and make necessary changes when operationally required.
Work directly with the dispatch team and management to create, build, and communicate all routes within the food grade divisions.
Maintain and update route spreadsheets and operational summaries.
Highly proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze detailed schedules and operational summaries.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.




Excellent problem-solving skills including ability to analyze, assess, report, provide solutions and think outside the box.
Must be creative, creative, and adaptable.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
Transportation: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
