The Client Care Worker, under the direction of the Supervisor and Executive Director, use a relational harm reduction approach to support street-involved individuals as they access the emergency shelter. They are non-judgmental and interested in building healthy supportive relationships. They are comfortable in a demanding workplace and with supporting individuals with complex needs who may be under the influence of substances. CCW are the first point of contact for visitors, donors, the public, and individuals expereiincing crisis.
8am-4pm, 5 days/wk as scheduled, full time, permanent including weekends and holidays.
Expectation to stay on-site duing paid lunch break.
Satisfactory criminal record inquiry is required.
Email/Data Entry are required.
Light janitorial duties to ensure a protected workplace.
Requires ability to lift 10 pounds,



walk or stand for moderate periods.
Individuals with diverse experience and education will be considered.
Individuals interested in part-time positions will be considered.

Compensation: $22.00/hr, limited overtime, extended health benefits (co-pay)
