Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service for all guests

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to deliver guest services seamlessly
