Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations, treatments, and surgeries with enthusiasm and precision
Prepare examination rooms, surgical areas, and treatment supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle animal restraint safely and humanely to facilitate examinations and procedures
Monitor animal patients’ health status, including vital signs and recovery progress, documenting observations accurately
Maintain cleanliness of kennels, treatment areas, and equipment to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
Support client communication by providing clear instructions on post-treatment care and answering basic questions with professionalism




Manage inventory of medical supplies and medications, ensuring stock levels are maintained for productive clinic operation

Skills
Strong animal handling skills with a compassionate approach toward animals of all sizes and temperaments
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and pet owners
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a proactive attitude
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities throughout the workday
Previous laboratory experience is highly desirable to assist with sample collection and processing
