We are looking for energetic Servers to enhance our service team at Earls Kitchen + Bar. Our Servers build genuine and authentic connections that last a lifetime. Servers understand the true meaning of hospitality and deliver exceptional service with each interaction.

This range is provided by Earls Kitchen + Bar. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

CA$17.85/hr - CA$25.00/hr

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. Using your multi-tasking skills, anticipate and deliver on guests' needs to provide exceptional service.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through engaging conversations with guests.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems using your multi-tasking and communication skills; empower yourself and your team to make decisions.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
- Adapt to any situation with ease. Use your organizational skills and commitment to the guest experience.

What we need from you

- 1 year of restaurant experience.
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.




- A willingness to learn and openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.
