Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the housekeeping operations in a 67 room hotel. This includes training, scheduling and supervision of housekeeping and laundry staff; supplies ordering; room checking; filling in for room cleaning/laundry; coordination with other departments including maintenance and guest reception.

We are looking for a mature, reliable person, with a calm demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction, capable of effectively supervising up to 10 people.

High school graduation and a minimum of two (2) years relevant commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping. Experience in supervision or management preferred. You must have proven communication, basic math, and computer literacy skills. Fluency in English is required. Bilingual (English/French speaking) preferred.

The nature and size of the operation requires the successful candidate to be hands on,



capable of assisting staff in the day to day work of the department, but still be able to maintain a focus on the bigger picture. Typical work day is 8am-4:30pm, with some flexibility and seasonal variability. Supervisor must be able to work weekend shifts.
