Candidates should posses the following assets;

-A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry

-Robust organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills

-Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise

-Ability to be a team player and/or work alone

-Works well under pressure & in a rapid paced environment

-Willing & able to work overtime when required(tire season)

Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role experience an asset. French and English speaking required. Hours are Monday To Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM, and Saturdays 8:00AM to 3:00PM (During fall season only). Hours may vary.

Daily duties include but not limited to;

-Assist clients with questions and concerns





-Booking and managing appointments

-Building estimates for recommended repairs

-Helping clients make informed decisions about vehicle maintenance

-Processing invoices and transactions

*Assisting with other daily duties necessary to maintain garage such as ordering and organizing stock, processing returns, cleaning/sanitizing work stations and customer areas.
